One of my favorite scenes from a favorite movie was in Tootsie when Jessica Lange threw her drink in Dustin Hoffman's face (in his Michael Dorsey persona) upon his blatant sexual proposition, after she told him (in his Dorothy Michaels persona) that she'd find it refreshing if a guy just approached her and made a blatant sexual proposition.

The reason the drink-throwing moment was so funny is this: It was so true.

In its own way, the moment really did pose the question, What do women want?

And in its own way, the moment answered it as well: Women actually do not want to fuck some guy's brains out. I mean, right? But Christ, I'm missing something important here, I know. I know.
