A Note from Allan: After more than a year into the making of this film and with several months of shooting and postproduction to go (estimated finish date February, 2010), I'm more optimistic than ever that my project is worthwhile; I believe that Water Time is unique, maybe even groundbreaking. We'll see, but my attitude is that if I work hard enough, it will be so.

But the project has been a drain, psychologically and financially.

There are several ways you can help me complete the work.

3. Become an actual associate producer. I need a researcher and/or someone help in finding archival news footage and clips, especially from the mainstream media.
