Hi Alex,

Ive written you three times (at least), the last being while I was on the road and passing through Austin in December; Im in Mexico now, working on a 9/11-related documentary film titled ‘Patterns.

Ill try this one more time before giving up. You are an important man and are worth the time and aggravation.

A reminder: I'm a writer with three books in print: A cult-hit autobiographical novel called Cosmic Banditos and two memoirs, In Search of Captain Zero and my latest, Can't You Get Along With Anyone? A Writers Memoir and a Tale of a Lost Surfers Paradise. The first two have been bought for the movies, by John Cusack and Sean Penn respectively. (I suppose that having both these guys want to play me is some sort of minor claim to fame - although in our last communication, Sean Penn wished me ‘something resembling death.)

I've been writing for the movies and TV for 25 years. Before becoming a writer in about 1980, my past is best described as 'checkered.'

I suggest you google me to find out if Im for real. If your interest if sparked, read the Filmdrunk.com interview (which should be on the first google-page) to see if Id be a worthwhile guest: Id be happy to come to Austin.

My news tip is that I strongly suspect that former FBI agent John O'Neill is alive. (An offshoot of this is that youve been mistaken in categorizing him as a hero; I believe he is in fact a CIA mole in the FBI.)

The short version: A while back I was doing a critique of Lawrence Wright's book, The Looming Tower. (That this godawful white wash/travesty got the Pulitzer for nonfiction [in 2006] outraged me. It was as chock full of distortions and outright lies as the 9/11 Report, which itself was short listed for the National Book Award!)

Christ I still get angry about that. Anyway, I was interviewing an FBI agent who was O'Neill's closest friend in the bureau and brought up O'Neill, saying he was courageous or whatever. The agent said this in reply: "Yeah, John is a great guy." Is. Present tense.

The hairs on my neck were on end.

How many of us, in talking about someone who has been dead for 7 years, would use the present tense?

The agent lost his cool; he immediately was fast talking me and stuttering. He knew he'd fucked up. His flustered reaction was just as important a factor as the 'is slip': had the 'is' been 'innocent' and
reflective of nothing, he would have said something acknowledging it or laughed or even not noticed it. It was 100% clear that he was trying to distract me from it. He was frazzled. FBI agents don't frazzle easily.

You look at O'Neill's life, the truth is he was a sociopath. Pathologically lied to his friends and loved ones, the many women in his life (he went way beyond being 'a stud' or whatever). He also
participated in the cover up that was the TWA Fl 800 investigation, another lie we were told, a lie that to believe it you have to believe that the laws of physics can be suspended when the government so decrees (ditto 9/11, of course).

O'Neill's connection to the TWA 800 cover up is an odd one. Apparently he was some sort of liaison between the FBI and the CIA in the latter's concoction of the bogus 'zoom/climb' animation that was supposed to 'disprove' the missile shoot down (either by the US
Navy or terrorists) theory. CIA should have had nothing to do with the investigation by then. O'Neill may have been the 'back channel' guy between the Bureau and the Agency. This could be significant if we assume that the 'shadow government' is to a large extent a CIA/Wall Street creation.

O'Neill got his WTC security job with the help of Jerome Hauer, who is certainly a 'person of interest' in the crime (due to Hauer's connections with and expertise in every aspect of 9/11). By all
accounts the two were 'very close.' They in fact, partied together late into the night of 9/10, just hours before the attack.

Hauer I.D.ed O'Neill's body after it was pulled from the wreckage. (With all O'Neill's friends and colleagues, especially at the FBI, why Hauer?) It was apparently badly mangled (maybe unrecognizable). I
wonder if a DNA analysis was done.

Consider: O'Neill got his job as head of security for the WTC in late August 2001, about three weeks before the attacks. Put yourself in the place of the perpetrators of the attacks, keeping in mind that the attacks amounted to the most significant turning point
in the history of Western civilization; the most complex, meticulously planned coup de tat ever. Now it's three weeks before Zero Hour. Imagine yourself saying to a co-conspirator, "Let's find the one guy on the planet who is smart enough and dogged enough and dedicated enough to thwart our plot before it gets started, and at the last minute GIVE HIM THE JOB of thwarting our plot."

"Sounds good to me!"

Absurd, of course. IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN.

But it did happen. O'Neill got the job.

How do we reconcile? Only one way I can think of: What if the above described fellow - John O'Neill - was one of you; a deeply buried asset. (Possibly a CIA mole in the Bureau.) Then the absurd notion makes sense: "We don't want some chance snafu foiling our plot at the last minute, so let's get someone we know we can rely on to watch over things at the last minute before Zero Hour." (The ONE PLACE where they were completely vulnerable was the WTC: the thousands of pounds of planted demolition equipment - which took many days or weeks to set up - must've given them nightmares.
Everything else was 'deniable.' And surely some last minute prep work had to be done, and hence overseen and protected.)

As Conan Doyle said: "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever's left, however improbable, must be true."

Alex, if you (or anyone) just dont want to believe this about O'Neill, consider this, regarding O'Neill's lawman's savvy and outspokenness and his status as FBI Maverick (supposedly betrayed by his own government):

In the end, he only fingered the Saudis. He did not lead where he should have, right to heart of the government. In this sense, he played the same role as 9/11 Truth enemies like Noam Chomsky, who speaks 'a little truth' but will not go near the real, awful truth. In essence, a red herring.

But so what if O'Neill was one of them? How does knowing that help us? I'm not sure, but what I do know is that the more truth we know the less power the bastards have over us.

Plus, ONeill being alive is yet another weak link in the official story. If he is alive and if this can be proved, were that much closer to exposing the whole diabolical mess.

Okay, thats my tip. This is my fourth time in sending it. I will not ‘bother you again. In thinking about why you dont acknowledge this potentially important information, the only reason I can come up with (seems unlikely that all my emails fell through the cracks) is that you dont want to be shown wrong in your categorizing ONeill as a hero.

Christ, what a bummer that would be.

Alex, you ask for news tips. In doing so you are asking people tp hang themselves out, since certain sorts of information can be dangerous to the bearer. This may be the case with the ONeill tip, since tomy knowledge no one else has suggested it. (Its just about guaranteed that your emails are monitored.)

Frankly, I would feel a bit safer if youd let it be known that are aware of the likelihood that ONeill is alive and a participant in the crime of 9/11.

Ive got a lot to offer the movement, Alex. My website newsletter at Banditobooks.com has 11,000 loyal subscribers.) Please consider having me as a guest on your show. (Again, check our my Filmdrunk.com interview.)

Hang in, and keep up the good work.

Allan

Im in possession of a documentary film made by the perpetrators of ‘United 93; this film is potentially vital in exposing the lies told about Norad that day. Its called ‘Chasing Planes; my membership in the Writers Guild is the only reason I have it. I think they suppressed it when they realized how explosive some of the interviews are. Do you have it?
